If you go on their website you can find all the locations it's available several hundred in Kentucky and other states and yes they can ship to Most states
Now you can buy it at Walmart, I think is a few dollars more, but you won't be able to buy all their selections on wine. There is a web side, I am sure they have some type of shipping.
