They start out with canned potato soup and then they add instant mashed potatoes after it's already been made up and put it in there and then they mix in a bowl flour and water and simmer down until the flower is a liquid or paste and then they put that in there so essentially they use tan potato soup and use two different things for a thickener
Joe does this from scratch as well.. I worked with him and he's very clean and not cheap by any means. He makes the soups himself from the start he really don't want anyone else making his soups,that's one of his things back there and I've personally seen him dump buckets of soup on the trash because it wasn't just rite at taste. He takes a lot of pride in what he puts out
