Yes they do have assistance but like others have said call ahead. Their staff is fantastic their.
I am not sure if there is HC assistance from the parking lot. My suggestion is to call the visitor center and perhaps they will help you, if it is set up ahead 9f time. The employees and volunteers were very nice and helpful when I was there at the park!
