The buffet is available every day that Moe's is open. (Tuesday through Sunday, closed on Monday) The buffet starts when Moe's opens at 11am and runs until 2pm. The buffet re-opens at 5 and is available until shortly before closing time. During the 2-5pm time, when the buffet is closed, other food orders can be placed. (Pizza, sandwiches, wings, etc)
They start the buffet when they open. They close it about 2pm and open it back up at 5
