Put on auto defrost on tbe microwave and push 2 You may have to do this a couple of times This way your pretzel will not lose its texture and taste and remain soft

When reheating pizza in the microwave to prevent the crust from getting hard as a rock, you put a coffee mug of water next to the plate and the water cooks while the food cooks and "saves" the crust. I bet this would be the same for a pretzel

I usually keep them frozen and microwave them for about 45 seconds and they taste great. It might take longer in different microwaves.

I don't know, you should probably call Gus's pretzels and ask them. And I believe if you buy them at Gus's pretzels the directions are on the packaging

If they are already cooked. 10-15 seconds in microwave warms them up nicely.
