This class is for all levels. It’s like a zumba class, in that we do about 12-14 songs in an hour. We use repetitive moves so you pick up on them as we go. It is a bit overwhelming your first or second time but we do most all the same songs each time so you will learn. But your muscle memory will kick in and you will pick up on the moves. I will breakdown some of the moves between each song as well. I’ve been doing this for over 10 years so I am very skilled with teaching thousands and thousands of ladies how to dance! Classes are somewhat the same, each session Nikki will add a new style of dancing, overall I like it and my girlfriend has had no problems except me not bringing her enough water lol, hope you enjoy
