They actually have a lot of vegetable side dishes. Most of them would be gluten free because they aren't in gravy. The meat choices vary, not all are in gravy. You can ask for grilled catfish, and you can get roasted chicken. Though it's soul food, its not cooked the old way. So yes, I would say there is a gluten free option for you. No, all meals start with a protein (meat or fish). Some are smothered (gravy).And they only have a couple of all veggie sides.
