I don't work for McDonald's ... However...ive worked for other food establishments and restaurant/bar companies. Frequently all restaurants do what is considered deep cleaning and disinfecting for both insurance and health reasons...On occasion restaurants also have contractors do installs and repairs in the wee hours of the morning too. This is in the US primarily because of strict County Health Department guidelines and to prevent liability from illness. Lets not forget...things break ... require repair, cleaning and especially at 24/7 facility...To confirm that supposition of mine call McDonald's Corporate in Oak Brook Illinois ...😉...Im guessing but probably correct!😁😉😎
