Does anyone else experience a 12-22 minute wait for 2-3 sandwiches? Actually love the food...but wait seems ridiculous. Is there even a (real) Manager there? I watched 1 person actually working while 3 seemed to be "observing"?!

The service is always pretty fast when I go.

Not normally. I'd have to say the most I've ever waited was 5 minutes and that was for a fresh sandwich and hot fries. Think you may have just gone in, on an off time.

Usually speedy unless swamped w/ people.

no. Every time I eat here the food only takes a couple minutes. I have had a great experience every single time
