I came in early on a Tuesday when it was less busy and was taken care of with my repair, he is generally busy with customers as I noticed so don't count on just coming in and wanting immediate attention!
Thanks! I'm okay with dropping it off for a few hours if needed. Good idea to take it on a weekday -- I live close and am working from home for now so can do that.
