The meats are all spit cooked, so they are never fried. You should be a-okay!
If my memory serves me well, the falafel is fried in the same fryer as the chips.. I feel like I always see the meat go elsewhere... also.. I should note that I'm going from memory as it is not something I normally look for.

no it's not i work here and are falafel fryer is separate from out fry fryer
no not at all. Falafel are fried in separate containers with separate oil. The meat i noticed was grilled not fried. So good for vegetarians!
I don't think they fry any of the meat. Their meat is grilled.
i dont think they fry any meat. they either grill or cook on a rotating skewer (shawarma)
