Nothing about the QC area is upscale, so you'll be fine either way.
More along the lines of professional business attire and definitely not t-shirt blue jeans. You definitely can feel underdressed here very easily. Not because of the restaurant itself but because of what everyone else around you is wearing. It's classy jazz bar Rat Pack style for men and cocktail dress high heels for women.
