I'm not sure about all McDonald's but my son applied here in Lisbon Ohio and they told him he had to be 16 but he has a friend who lives in East Liverpool which is only a half hour from here if that far and he started working at 15 so I guess it just depends on which McDonalds and if they are franchise or individually owned
