Jamison, I ask because I'm concerned about all gluten due to celiac. I can't have barley, malt, semolina, rye or wheat. It's the protein in certain grass proteins, not just wheat.

No if you're gluten-free you should stay home and eat inside a plastic bubble in case there are gluten spores in the air
