A short trip through Google Searc and guess where it took me? https://thechickenwire.chick-fil-a.com/food/why-does-chick-fil-a-use-peanut-oil The Chicken Wire, you can learn all kinds of neat things about Chick-fil-a and even that they use Peanut oil to prssure cook thier chicken in. Here is a quote directly from the chicken wire... "As a plant oil, it is free of gluten and carbohydrates, says Worrell. Peanuts used to make peanut oil are also a non-GMO crop". If you ask me those are high on the proirity list of things to know about the oil used to cook your food in.
