Here is a quote directly from the chicken wire... "As a plant oil, it is free of gluten and carbohydrates, says Worrell. Peanuts used to make peanut oil are also a non-GMO crop". If you ask me those are high on the proirity list of things to know about the oil used to cook your food in.
I think it is peanut oil as well. They will tell you.
