I think it depends on the time of day you go there. I usually go on off-hours & rarely have to wait. The staff are usually very pleasant & competent serving me my food hot within minutes. Sorry you have to wait for your food. But you don't say that your food is cold or not what you ordered. I guess waiting is the penalty for looking the same restaurant many others do too!
I avoid the drive thru and go inside and usually get good service. They do seem short staffed most of the time, but I am pretty sure that is management trying to cut down on labor costs and not the workers fault. I really love their curly fries, especially when they are just cooked. I rate them 4 stars.
I don't use any drive thru. I only go inside. I usually average about 5-10 minutes from order to delivery of food.
