It is not the normal thing I have gone to that Perkins many times and always had good service..but when something goes wrong it is always best to speak to the manager. He is always willing to fix any problem and train his staff on the right way to treat a customer
Never had a issue
It is important to be honest with managers..its not a matter of a free meal, but a learning experience for the server.
Talk to manager you will get a discount or free meal!
