In the day time I believe it is.. they have big screen TVs with a deck.
I was there this past week. We stopped by about 2:00 in the afternoon with our young adult kids, 18 & 20 and my mother. There were also other kids on the patio, maybe in the 10 yr old range. Night life on the beach does get jumping so I would use higher discretion taking younger children to certain places along the Boardwalk at night. YMMV.
Earlier in the day its very family friendly but like any bar as it gets late I wouldn't have young kids there.
