I like this Red Robin. The kitchen most often gets orders out correctly, and if there is an error the managers are quick to fix the issue. I usually travel out of my way to eat at this Red Robin because the service is one of the better in the area.
They do seem to be slow with service. Last visit there approx 4 weeks ago, I was last to receive my food. I ordered a simple burger. But, they did fix 3 mac and cheese burgers on special request.

Good service last night to five adults. food hot, tasty, served promptly place was fairly full at 6 o’clock. First time eating there, will probably go back. My daughter took it advantage of the discount (I think it something you sign up for in advance) since it was her birthday. Her entree of $12 Was subtracted from the total amount.😊
We didn't have any problems.

It was empty. The kitchen made an error, the manager rectified it. I'm good now
