Why was the food cold & the burgers so greasy . We watched them put them together. It was the worst meal o have eat in 63 years.

That McDonald's there either under cooks the food or overcooks. As far as the grease they don't clean the equipment often enough. It's very rare if they do it right in Richfield at McDonald's at least
