6 or 7 pm, today I called on 5-27-21.
I believe customer service closes at 10 pm
5 pm I think.
I'm not 💯 sure about this answer of when customer service closes at this WalMart but being that the store closes at 11:00 p.m and with my own big box retail work experience. We closed at 11:00 here too but always tried to shut down our customer service desk at 10 or around 1 hour prior to closing up to give the office managers time to count everything from the day. So my guess would be 10:00.
