They pasteurize the milk
Hi, Mary. Our is vat pasteurized (lowest temperature allowed by law) and is non-homogenized (cream-line) so our milk is as close to raw milk as we can sell in the state. All of our milk comes from our farm and is processed on site, so it isn't traveling to other locations to be processed and bottled, resulting in the freshest milk!
