That medicine works very well but if you'd prefer a vet we can also recommend you one, just give us a call :) Just make sure if you do come in to get the medicine don't bring the sick puppy with you as that virus is very contagious.
I know they say not to bring sick puppies in the store because so many puppies are brought in there. They have the vaccination for parvo I am not sure if they have medicine. I would take the dog to the vet first too because it does sound like parvo :(
