The eating area is always well kept as well as their restrooms. The wait is long because your food is made fresh when you order it and they have a lot of orders called in so it may seem like you may be the only one there lots of people are in and our picking up orders. I have eaten here many times and will continue to no matter what the parking lot looks like which by the way is out of their hands.
