Corporate has a "contact us" link on their website. I'd just make sure you include your contact info and the store location. This is the link I got from google however it may be different if you're not on mobile. https://autozone.com/footer/contactUs.page By the way you can file complaints for pretty much all big chain companies by using the "contact us" link on their websites. You can also say positive things and should if your blown away by good service.
Also call a different Auto Zone and ask for District Manager's name and number. They can help with local calls
