Clean Freak car wash 15th Ave and Camelback cost me $1,500! Went through car wash, came out with an obviously cracked windshield! They dismissed as a" Hot windshield meets our below temperature cold water wash", can't help you, go away. Stay away!

Had the same think happen at Danny's Carwash years ago. It is a fact that it happens. You can have the smallest of cracks and the cold water about 60 degrees can crack the windshield in half! How did you not have complete glass coverage for a vehicle with a 1,500.00 windshield?

They insisted they had disclaimers everywhere about this hot weather versus their cold water wash 50/50 gamble we take, but they were only your standard disclaimers. They said it happens there all of the time and they wont cover it! I have insurance but had to fight to get this taken care of. They replaced another windshield 2 months ago so they were not happy. My car is a 2018 so it requires a windshield and the calibration of it because all of my sensors are built in to the windshield. This cost me $200-300 a day of not being able to drive or deliver for safety reasons. They were very unsympathetic, not willing to meet me halfway and get this, offered me another pass for their drive thru as if im ever going to take that chance again! If you value your money, save it for a vacation and not for a windshield replacement. If you love your car, stay away from there altogether. Judging by the crack, you can tell something hit it when I went through there!
