NEVER. . . . Naaaaah. . . Just messing with ya...lol. No, but seriously, this is a very busy Mall. . . From experience, I've learned to go there in the early morning or after 6pm on a WEEKDAY, otherwise, you will be parking far away or driving in circles trying to catch a closer parking spot.
I agree with Diana, the mall is busy everyday. I would think that mid afternoon or before 3pm. The weekend is the worst.
Everyday is busy at the mall.. its really the luck of the draw.. but i would say morning & mid afternoon..after 4pm it tends ti get busier.. Saturday is the worst n Sunday its closed
