I thought they closed in the winter months and i would call them to get info first hand about short-long term spaces
They are open year round. I don't know if there are any reservations claiming spots that are currently unoccupied, but they have multiple long term spots currently open.

They are open for business. I think their hours of operation are wed-sun from 9am till 5:30. Office is closed on mon-tues. However there is staff on site during that time.
