As a paying customer who pays attention to a lot of things, and goes inside more than the drive thru.. I can tell you first-hand that they take the phone off the hook all the time when they're busy and packed and or don't want to deal with it or somebody.. whatever the case may be. When there's too many people on the inside and they can't deal with the phones they take it off the hook so when you call and you get nothing but a busy signal all the time 99.9% of the time it's because it's off the hook.. : /
