Open every day all day. Great for all levels. Free. I'm the spring, summer, and winter there is s water fountain. No bathroom.
Yes open there is no gates u can be there up untill 10 - 11 if u stay to yourself

It is on a piece of open land, so it never closes. Just don't ride if the dirt is wet!
