Anytime they messed up my order they been very nice to fix it.
Got me, Burger King needs a fix to their system everywhere. You wouldnt think it should be that difficult making food orders with a set menu, & burgers arnt that difficult.

Just call and ask for a manager they are very good with customer complaints and request
Unfortunately have to go back to store. They're usually pretty good there
well, I had inappropriate language served with my food, with my young children in my vehicle, and never received a call or message from the management team at that location. I never would have thought to have heard the "F-word" at a drive thru window! Wont ever be back.
Go back and yell!
