If they busy the gm will stop answering and if u walk in to order he'll scare u away by saying "1 hr wait time" when it takes 8 mins to run thru the oven
I placed a order yesterday at 7pm didn't get my order until 9:30pm . And then had to drive to them because the driver was ignorant. And then I got there and they told me the food was cold because I brought it outside. I live around the corner .after me losing my temper. I ended up with a xtra large pizza and wings.. they are horrible and I will never order from them again. And the other excuse was it was bad outside. There was no snow outside at that time
Are you sure that the number you are dialing is correct. Because I never had that problem.
Call and ask for the district manager n let them know the dates and how much your order was and what items you did not receive. Also you can call your financial institution and let them know there was fraudulent charges on your card for items you never receivef. They usually appy you a credit and investigate.
