How do you handle the noise of the food set up while the ceremony is going on? If you set it up too early, the food will get cold.

Be honest with you. We really didn't notice the set up at all.

I work for a caterer that has done events there. They either get there early enough to pre-set or set everything after the ceremony while they are doing the receiving line and taking pictures

They do a pretty good job keeping the noise down to a minimum. Impressive place that will give you lasting memories
