I have used their delivery service for years, 90% of the time delivery is 30 minutes or less, 9%is 45 minutes or less and only one time the delivery was more than 1 hour and that was because of very bad weather. The food has always arrived at a good temperature to eat. There is a very small fee for delivery and I always tip the delivery personnel.
No the food is good but every time I order from here they either forget to bring me something I order, bring something I didn't, or I heartily 45mins to ahour and waited 2 and half hours for my food together here.
