Friends and I went the other day and only got a drink and fries; it took 30 minutes til our food came. One of our fries were really hard and cold. The ice machine was ran done and all the soda was flat too, the place was also a big mess.

Ever since the Remodel it has never regained it's former glory. It used to be fast food fast service. Not anymore. No One wants to work, anywhere any place. Groceries, Restraunts you name it. And what hurt it more was they took seating out so you were not comfortable and you didn't want stay. Just do the survey on the receipt and let your voices be heard, it's the only way it will change. That place is horrible. I have asked for ketchup and they said I had to come inside to pump ketchup in a cup they had no packets. I've bought nuggets and no sauce was available. They are slow. Very disorganized and the dining area is filthy
