This place has gone to the toilet not a good place unless you are ok with people hounding you for money just want to get my food and leave
I have had issues with about all the fast food apps. Mcdonald's, Taco Bell, and BK, and so on. But White Castle was slow the last time I was there but they were fresh. The way I see it it can be fast and old or wait and get fresh. I prefer to wait.
I never have a problem with service. The staff there are always kind and friendly. I haven't used the app before so I can't give an opinion about it.
