I have seen lots of puppies at the park. Please make sure your puppy is fully vaxed before coming for their safety.
I would assume it's allowed, just make sure it has its shots you don't want to end up with parvo.
No one is going to say anything if you bring a puppy. I've seen a ton of puppies up there playing.
