Is there a regular swim beach , or is it a fishing only lake?

Fishing, no swimming

You can't swim there but you can fish or rent one of thier boats,kayak or pontoon boat. You can bring your own as well.

I dont think there is any sort of traditional swim beach, but it's a 400+ acre lake and plenty of shallow spots you can swim along the shore.
