You have to ask for what you want. Don't assume that just asking for an item on the menu will include all the extras you think should be there.

I don't know about capers, but you can get it with tomato and onion. They have a toppings bar, you can ask for whichever flavor of cream cheese and whatever sandwich toppings you want.

I agree with John : ask for the extras.

I used to work here years ago, while I cannot remember if it comes with the meal, I know for a fact the onion and tomato would be added for free.

I don't believe that it does unless you ask... If you ask they will be added at no or minimal charge
