Middle armrests fold up. The other is your cup holder and seat control. That one does not.

Yes but only some of them. If u get double seats then yes they do but each seat also has a stationary armrest.
If it is a double seat, the middle arm rest does fold up but it's not that comfortable to do so because each seat is meant for one person so when you fold up the armrest there is a part of the chair that sticks up a bit still
