I don't know if they have gluten free tempura breading on their meat. How every they have many other foods to pick from that does not have any type of breading. I love their cooked shrimp sushi and delicious yami sauce!
Yes. Most of the sushi and rolls are gluten free. Some however (like the spicy tuna roll) contain crunches. Just let them know to are gluten free. A good portion of the cooked dishes are too, as most stuff is served with rice. I'm not 100% on sauces, but from my experience asian sauces are thickened with corn starch rather than flour.
