Can you add toppings yourself or do you have to tell them what to put on it?

They do all the work just tell them what you want.

You go down the line and tell them, similar to Chipotle.

You tell them and They do it all - just like a sub sandwich place.

U add toppings yourself. They'll add as much as u like at no extra charge to my knowledge. They have Gluten free dough as an option.
