Help! If you just ask for a cup of coffee (no particular kind) what would they give you? I want to order some and surprise my husband but I want to get the right one. I've been told it might be the Guatemalan or Black Butte Gold.

They serve everything from drop to espresso. If you're asking what bean/roast they serve, if I remember correctly, you can ask for any of their roasts as a pour over or drip

They serve the normal coffee shop faire ... but their coffee is exceptional. Don't leave Sisters without a cup!

Daniel Garcia is correct. They are a very nice and cozy coffee shop. Well worth the stop on your way through Sisters.
