You can take the Max blue line to the end at Cleveland Ave Station then take a taxi/Uber/Lyft if you can't find a ride. Its about a 20 min drive from the Cleveland Ave Station.

I don't see why not. I would ask on Facebook, and even Craigslist.. Or see if a friend will take you there.. Or Uber/Lyft.
