That's a tricky question. Short answer? Yes, with some strings. Long version? Anyone wanting to ship wine has to be, as an individual, licensed to ship wine. Meaning the store will not be able to assist you in shipping, unless you are licensed, and have signed an agreement with each particular UPS Store you would like to ship through, To my knowledge, you basically HAVE to be a winery in order to obtain the proper license. Though, some wineries will ship wine for customers, with no extra on your behalf.
