It used to be good for kids and for adults, but now it's half empty, and most things there are overpriced by comparison with cartlandia or any other cart pods. A friend used to have a cart here and their rent more than doubled, which must be the reason vendors have to charge so much. Even beer is priced way too high, which I assume is an attempt to make up for lost rent revenue. Too bad, I used to love this place.

I'm glad the owner is reading this. We live right by this place and it has so much potential. Great location (for us), nice clean common area, but so many carts have left all talking about a huge hike in rent costs (right after the location opened). I don't think they are all lying. We want these good carts to stick around so we can enjoy going here. There is a retention problem and that's something you as the owner should address. I know you've been asking far and wide for potential interested carts so you want more carts, but I think you've got to improve the environment for the renters somehow in order to do that. I'm sure people have told you what they don't like and why they have left. Don't ignore that feedback.

Yes it’s great for kids and people of all ages. Some people are just upset or jealous because we are not Portland. Bottom line is this place is amazing and clean and prices are similar to all food cart pods. We couldn’t be so successful if we were not! We have a great kids area. Tons of parents bring toddlers just for it. You will always have haters with everything but I can say this we choose to have it at 15 carts. We are moving in 2 more at the end of september and will hold steady there unless we find another amazing cart to add to the team ! Beer prices haven’t changed , rents are not double just want to make sure people know the truth. We are tired of some Rare individuals trying to negatively impact us.

I would say no. It not very good anymore. Many vendors have left due to the raise of rent. Beer has gone up in price. Whoever owns it ruined it.

Yes, we bring our 1 year old often and see lots of older kids around, too. No issues. Should be able to find food even for picky tastebuds.

Great place and great concept. The family and I have gone many times since moving to Oregon, it has never disappointed. Even after C19 reopening, the first place we went.

So did the rent go up, and why? Because I went there when it first opened and it was great, full of cats. Now its half full of carts, prices up. I know there space rent went up a lot after it started getting really popular. Why does it always have to be about the money?
