They're great at accommodations just do you best to tell them everything upfront. They do most of it if not all from scratch so you can't wait until the last moment.
Ask for no spice or 0 out of 5. They do a lot from scratch and they have accommodated my friends who needed no peanuts and 4 out of 5, or me who wants no green onions and 0 spice.

Yes, I don't care for hot and spicy and they made me a more traditional plate of beef and broccoli. Must try the mango and sticky rice for dessert! Surprisingly delicious!!
