The animals all have access to inside enclosures, so they will hide during certain weather, but they are never kept from the public at any point in the year. That is unless they are seeing the doctor.
I think the bears are the only ones that cannot be seen all year round!
They tend to all be available to be seen. The only ones that I haven't seen the last few times I've been there has been the Bears. They don't like to come outside very often.
Yes, and some educational shows, e.g. the elephants, are indoors, which can give a nice break from the chill.

The animals are out all year long unless they are being transported or seeing a vet. BUt the animals do have hiding spots where whey can hide.
We just went there two days ago, and we saw most of animals. It is one of the best season to visit to Zoo.
