I know that people used to be able to bring their dogs if eating outside. The staff even brought them water dishes and stuff. I would assume it's still the same, but not 100% sure.
Pretty sure they have outdoor seating in back still. No idea if dogs are welcome.
Last time i was there there was no outside seating.
