i see the closing hours are 11 pm....are you allowed to be on the beach past that or are you trespassing and may get fined ?

I haven't seen anyone out there past that time... Except for those fishing on the pier. But I know the beach surrounding the pier is still ôpen.

Yeah it closes at 11. You have to pack up and be out by then.
